Wrapping the olives in the dough
Take a thumb-sized piece of the dough mixture and flatten on a
work surface.
Place an olive in the middle of the dough. Wrap the dough around
the olive, pressing to make it stick. If the pastry is too crumbly and will not
stick, add a little water. Repeat with the remaining dough and olives.
